What Our Clients Are Saying"The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Here are some examples: Overall, I feel everyone in the organization would benefit from this message. Very uplifting! I left feeling motivated to handle myself more professionally. The instructors reminded me of things I could be doing better. Worthwhile subject matter for the whole organization." – CC Pace "Thank you for the inspiring and interesting presentation, Professionalism Is for Everyone seminar. We had positive feedback on the session. Your prompt follow-up with certificates and summary of our “Action Items” was impressive and added an extra reminder to all of us that professionalism doesn’t end with a presentation, but continues long afterwards. You both are truly professionals and are models for your book." – Arlington County Dept. of Health and Human Services "The facilitation materials were very thorough and we were able to easily customize the course to include specific examples related to our business. Thank you for your commitment to professionalism and for offering such a comprehensive program!" – Blue Cross and Blue Shield "I could not believe how simple your company made the entire process. The Leader’s Guide was easy to follow and provided a snapshot of the Participant’s Guide along the way. I am thrilled to report that Professionalism Is for Everyone has gone off with fireworks and the feedback we have obtained has been fantastic. For example, one person wrote ‘Professionalism Is for Everyone is the best class I have ever attended.'" – Verizon Wireless "The presentation was a success! We now are going to do the presentation for individual groups at each facility." - Rivermont Schools "It was such a pleasure to conduct this class. Great material." – AIG American General "The program was fabulous. We had about 63 people in attendance. Anecdotal feedback was great and glancing through the evaluations the feedback looks good. The materials were exceptional as well; very organized and easy to use. My biggest challenge was keeping to the 4-hour time limit I had which I was able to do. (The first two run-throughs I did I kept going over but the day of the program worked like a charm.) – Red Ladder, Inc. |
