We offer Strategic Goal Planning Workshops and Seminars for one or more days for leadership teams.
The 5 Cs of Laser-Clear Goals®
We teach our 5 Cs of Laser-Clear Goals® System (see above) and then work with the teams to apply our system to help them identify and define their specific goals and objectives. Leaders learn how to be more effective and increase their results by using our tools.In addition, they leave the workshop with improved goals and specific action steps for making all of their goals and then communicating their goals and motivating their associates to achieve them.
Goal Makeovers
A key part of our Strategic Goal workshops is our Goal Makeovers workshop. We show goals that leaders were using before our program and compare those to the more powerful goals the individuals developed using our 5 Cs system. Then we work with participants at the workshop to “makeover” their goals.

This program is ideal for leadership teams that want to organize, plan, and create bigger goals and new approaches. First, we teach the team our methods. Then we help them apply our methods to brainstorm, identify, develop, and organize their goals and strategies into a plan everyone can buy into and follow.
