Professionalism Programs and Options

We offer the two programs below on professionalism. Both are based upon the contents of the book Professionalism Is for Everyone by James R. Ball, president and CEO of The Goals Institute.

For both programs we offer the option of having us provide the program at  your location or you may purchase our resources and tools and provide the program in your organization yourself.

Professionalism Is for Everyone is a half- full-day interactive seminar covering the Five Keys to Being a True Professional in the book Professionalism Is for Everyone.

Participants discuss the benefits of being a professional and review the core values and standards of conduct for each of the keys. Illustrations and examples are provided. There are cases and individual and group exercises to explore how the concepts can be applied in everyday life.

If you opt to teach this program yourself, you can break it into a series of one- or two-hour sessions spread over several weeks.
