Soaring with ProfessionalismWe are pleased to offer tools and resources to help you make short presentations on professionalism. Our tools and resources are used to provide a presentation named Soaring with Professionalism. This presentation inspires professionalism and the pursuit of professional excellence and presents core principles and helpful tips and suggestions for guiding and improving professional behavior. Content: The Five Keys to Being a True Professional and More The presentation describes what it means to be a professional, explains the benefits of adopting a professional approach, provides insights for nurturing a professional culture, and presents the Five Keys to Being a True Professional (the Five Keys) that are in the book Professionalism Is for Everyone. For each of the Five Keys, the presentation covers principles, examples, and tips for applying the concepts. The related slides and companion Handout Booklet use unique icon conventions for each of these keys. These icons present vivid metaphors that capture the essence of each key to make the underlying concepts of the key memorable. Also, for each key a simple supporting centerpiece story is used to illustrate one or more core concepts. These stories are easy to tell and they are provided in narrative form in the Presenter's Notes. 30 to 90 Minutes or LongerThis presentation and related materials are ideal for making 30- to 90- minute presentations. The time can be expanded using the optional discussion questions provided - see below. Half- and Full-Day Seminar also AvailableNote that Soaring with Professionalism is not designed to be an interactive seminar; it is primarily a presentation. If you want a robust seminar with exercises and interactive participation that covers each of the Five Keys more completely, we suggest our half- or full-day seminar. |

Starter KitFor providing a Soaring with Professionalism presentation we offer a Starter Kit. This includes all the presentation tools you need plus ten Participant Kits (see later below). The Starter Kit includes these items which are described below:
Presenter's NotesThe Presenter's Notes includes a complete word-by-word script for presenting the program. You may use all or portions of this script and combine the script provided with other comments you want to make. PowerPoint® Presentation SlidesThere are 24 custom designed presentation slides that come on a disc. The slides contain high impact images and text that are used to convey the content of the book in a fresh and interesting manner so participants pay attention, listen, and learn the essence of what is being presented. Optional Discussion QuestionsWe include with the materials a list of possible discussion questions. You may use these question to initiate discussions, expand the length of your presentation, and delve deeper into one or more of the Five Keys. Optional QuizWe include a short quiz and an answer key. You may want to provide this quiz to as a way to reinforce what was learned. Suggested TimetableThe Suggested Timetable lays out suggested timing for presenting the program in 30-, 60-, and 90-minute segments. Estimated times are provided for each Power Point slide. |
