Change Your Life by Changing What You EatOne of the things you will find when using the SlimWrite system is that by recording what you eat, you will start eating differently almost immediately. If you write down at 8:30 p.m. you had a big bowl of ice cream with chocolate sauce, your brain will tell you that wasn't a good move. This will prod you to get back on track and start eating better right away.
